RESPECT: Attitude of respect and fidelity in agreement with the principles bases of the institution.
COMMITMENT: Continuous and shared in common Participation of all the members that compose the educative community, to reach the growth sustained in the academic levels of the institution.
SOLIDARITY: To look for the continuous and permanent support between all the beings who integrate the educative community of the institution.
THE BROTHERHOOD: Relation of harmonic, warm and right interaction that favors the reciprocal human growth. It implies the respect to them, no longer like individual of a species, but like a person .The other, not like rival, but like complementary, not like competitive subject, but like cooperative subject. The respect is much more than support the other, goes by the order to value, to discover without forcing and proposing without imposing.
THE SERVICE: Value supported in the Faith and the Brotherhood. It is all battle conducted in favor of the other people to respond to a necessity or deficiency. To be helpful, it is necessary to be arranged to serve and to be apt to serve. This value supposes a radical attitude in the encounter with the others and the society.
THE COMMITMENT: It is the acquired obligation and through which we were related to the men. It is the will to put all the forces and the thought to the service of the cause of the man. It is to dedicate itself with the thought, the heart, the will and the energies to the service of the cause of God and the man.
JUSTICE: It orients to the person towards the equitable search of his relation with the others. It demands to give everyone what it belongs to him. It implies to educate in and for the fairness. Justice is to give everyone what it belongs to him. It is a school that renews constantly and that forms in and for peace. The democratic and pluralistic participation brings back moral and critical consciousness bringing back to ecological consciousness and leadership empowerment.
